this time with squats...

help!<- me doing a burpee...


crappy day = good workout. go figure. :)
again with the 30 second rest

Squats 20#db: 10, 10, 6

Bent-over rows 20#db/pushups: 10/10, 10/10, 10/10

Overhead press 15#db/burpees (still ugly): 10/6, 10/6, 10/6

windmills 20#db/planks: 9/20sec, 7/20sec, 6/20sec

voila.
