beer and snickers.

Been thinking about 'strength', and what it means to me. I can't help but consider porters, and wonder if I'd ever be able to carry such a load for hours (or days) in the mountains. (definitely not looking to change professions... just keeping things in perspective.) This guy's load contains beer and snickers. hmmm. Breakfast of champions? haha.

today:

Squats 15#db: 10, 10, 10

Bent-over rows 25#db/pushups: 10/10, 10/10, 10/10

Overhead press 15#db/burpees: 10/6, 10/6, 10/6

windmills 20#db/planks: 10/20sec, 8/20sec, 8/20sec

30 second rest
