quickie

Short and sweet today (the log, that is), with no pretty pics... I got places to be. :)
Felt like I couldn't quite get it together, and it was more of a mental challenge.
I did get through it though.
Deadlift 30#dbs: 10, 10, 10
Bent Row 30#dbs / Pushup: 8/10, 7/10, 8/10
OH Press 20#dbs / burpee: 8/6, 8/6, 9/6
Windmill 25# / Plank: 8/20sec, 6/20sec, 6/20sec

And 2 minutes of the Tabata, squat jumps and reverse lunges. I kinda improvised, since our video clips never made the connect.... so I think it must have been o.k., 'cause it was hardafukinuff.
