
the workout for today - 3 sets 30 second rest (brutal) between exercises.
Deadlifts 30#db: 10, 10, 8
Bent-over rows 15#db/pushups: 10/10, 10/10, 10/6
Overhead press 15#db/burpees (ugh~!): 10/4, 8/4, 6/4
windmills 15#db/planks: 10/20sec, 8/20sec, 8/20sec

How is it that your graphics are cooler than mine? I must up your burpee presrciption.
uh oh. my new mantra will have to be something like "I am the burpee master." (or mistress?... to follow your friend Krista's example)
