obsessed?













Found this image on the web (E. Phillips - Travel-Images.com) - as I compile more info, and get more details about the logistics of the North Pole thing, I'm even more enthused, and am starting to get carried away (like I do)...

Today's workout:
Squats 20#dbs: 10, 10, 10
Bent Row 30#dbs / pushups: 10/10, 8/10, 8/10
Windmill 25#/ plank: 10/30sec, 8/30sec, 8/30sec

3 sets, 7 reps each press20#dbs,15,15/burpee. Completed in 3:19.45
got all the way through. couldn't handle the weight on set 2 so switched down. form on the burpees is frankly embarrassing. good thing I don't have an audience.
