(and - I'm not entirely clear on frequency or duration of this little drill, so I'm doing every other day....)
deadlifts 30#dbs: 10, 10, 10
bent-over rows 25#dbs/pushups: 10/10, 10/8, 8/10
overhead press 15#dbs/burpees: 10/6, 10/6, 10/6
windmills 20#db/planks: 8/20sec, 8/20sec, 8/20sec
(rest=30 seconds)
