We're having a heat wave. Ugh. Its too hot to sleep, and the afternoon will be worse. So here I be at the crack of dawn. Big birthday weekend ahead - kayaking tomorrow. RELIEF.i heart the ocean.

(note: the burpees are actually starting to feel a little smoother. better. who knew?)
Windmill 12kg/ plank: 8/30sec, 6/30sec, 6/30sec
as always - 30 sec rest between each
TGU 5 ea side / 10 swings
10 minutes: 3 sets TGU (10#) / 4 sets swings (12kg)
