hooray! i'm 40 today!

catalina Busy weekend - boats, kayaks, a hike, dinner party, cocktails, a killer massage (by this blind guy who amazingly worked out every last knot... kinda like by braille), crab fest (a party with food... not a bitch session) at the hungry cat, and of course, this:
Deadlifts 30# dbs : 10, 10, 10
Bent Row 30# dbs / pushup: 8/10, 7/10, 8/10
Press 20# dbs / burpees: 10/6, 9/6, 8/6
Windmill 12kg / plank: 8/30sec, 6/30sec, 6/30sec
3 min Tabata: jump squat/rev lunge

All in all, a damn good way to start the next decade.

40 burpees/40 jump squats. Time it, so next year you can do 41 faster.
