just the facts

sandbag get ups/shoulders (40): 6ea side x3
burpee pullups: 20 in 2:40
squat hop/roller burpee: 5/5 x5

whole thing was brutal. the fact that i am mentally, emotionally and physically exhausted likely doesn't help much.
the workout is helping keep my sanity from slipping completely away, though
