So this guy comes home and there is a penguin sitting on his porch.
A few minutes later, the postman is walking by and asks, "What are you doing with that penguin?"
The guy says, "I don't know, he just showed up."
The postman says, "Maybe you should take him to the zoo."
The next day, the postman walks by and again sees the man and penguin on the porch.
"Hey, I thought you were taking that penguin to the zoo."
The guy replies, "I did. We had such a good time! Tomorrow we're going to a baseball game."

Sandbag Rows/Cleans(60ish #): 5/5 x3
this was tough. the rows were difficult but do-able. the cleans... the 5th rep on each set was kinda pathetic.
the squirmier bag is good, tho

yikes. really worked hard on this one... thinking maybe i should have grabbed the 20#er. got it all done though. breathing pretty durn hard.
