Not sure why I've been so lazy with logging these suckers. Figured I'd better catch up and start logging in real time tomorrow. That's the intention, anyway.
Meanwhile, the hill has been a trip, and my living room/gym is feeling neglected...

Lunge up the hill. (No sandbag, but will add a bit of weight next time)
Bent row/high pull/swing/push press 15#dbs, 6ea x2.
Saturday 1/24
2 rounds of:
Clean and throw sandbag up the hill
15 sec pushups
Lateral throw sandbag up the hill, alternating sides
15 sec bent rows
