i heart kwan loong


Lots of (really very positive) changes going on right now in my world. For some reason, I am struggling a little bit to adjust to everything. I tend to carry stress and tension in my neck and shoulders, and headaches are often the result. I really don't want to go there, SO... I'm getting a jump on it this time - back to daily meditation, and regular neck rubs with kwan loong oil. Best. Stuff. Ever.
ok. maybe after champagne...
I smell like someone's grandma... but who cares, right?

Last night's workout:
Pullup (one band): 1.5, 1, 1, 1
Pullup (two bands): 10/6/5/4 in 2:25
Snatches (30#db): 2x 30sec (15sec rest) each side. (hard but fun!)
bent row/high pull/swing/push press (15#db): 6ea x4 in 5:03
