Had a rare lovely, leisurely day catching up on some reading, some list making/revising, and some phone calls that were long overdue.
Then I felt a little stagnant, so:
Bent row/high pull (30#dbs): 8/8, 7/7, 7/7
Burpee/clean/press (15#dbs): 25 reps in 4:21 (I really felt the additional 5)
Yep. Still no sandbag. Latest email from the company sets the ETA at 1st week of August (which should coincide with me leaving town for a week). They promise extra special discounts and free ebooks for my patience.
I don't know who said I was patient...

Patient indeed. I almost ordered more stuff from those sandbag folks until I remembered your predicament. How hard is it to get third world kids to sew some darn bags together?
