Ha! I'm having people over for a little shindig tonight, and I have tons of crap to do to get ready. So first thing this morning - a hike. Then I decided doing this combo was a good idea. (Can you say "avoidance"?)front squats 30#dbs: 6,6,6,5

With PLENTY of joint mobility work before. And after.
Now I really want to just kick back, but duty calls. Not sure if I can push this off much longer.....
Those dirty sneaks will be a blue blur of movement momentarily. Really.
Maybe after a power nap?
