Thanksgiving and an early start to the holiday party circuit had me running all over southern Cal and burning the candle at both ends for the past several days. Now I'm feeling pretty peaked and planning on spending the day on the couch. I did the workout, because sometimes a good sweat sets things right. No so much this time...
